Hooray! It's my VERY special birthday party!!
In fact, it was so special, that this entire post is dedicated to the creative decorations, which were inspired by my favorite storybook,
"The Very Hungry Caterpillar", by Eric Carle.
Here are the folks responsible for making it so VERY special...
...even the food matched the theme!
The caterpillar ate one apple, two pears, three plums, four strawberries, five oranges, one piece of chocoloate cake, one ice cream cone, one pickle...
...one slice of slice cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of cherry pie, one sausage, one cupcake and one slice of watermelon! That night he had a stomache ache!

...which turned into a beautiful butterfly!
I had fun crawling in the muriel before it was put on the wall!
We even had live butterflies...
